Service contract

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

When you place your order with Rawlence and Horton we will send you a confirmation receipt containing the exact details of your order. This forms a binding contract. Due to the nature of this personalised product, no deviation will be possible once agreed upon.

We require a 50% deposit on placement of an order. The final 50% is payable on receipt of the goods.

(Please note that because of the custom nature of our products there may be miniscule differences in the size of the paper as compared to the sizes stated on our website. This will not affect the function of the merchandise.)

Proof Checking

When a proof is approved customers accept all responsibility for the wording, spelling, punctuation, layout, type sizes, paper type and paper size and any other specifications. Please be aware that there may be some distortion in faxed proof copies and that emailed proofs may sometimes print at the wrong size and at a slightly different colour. If any of the proof is unclear it is up to the customer to seek clarification prior to final approval.

Refunds

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) to provide a remedy.

Amendments to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us.

Privacy

Rawlence and Horton do not share personal information volunteered to us through this site with others. We only use personal information for the purposes you supplied it, for directly related purposes or for other reasons permitted under the Privacy Act 1993.

Delivery

All deliveries are made from Auckland. They are made by courier and require a signature on delivery. For this reason it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box.

Once you have placed and approved a proof of your order, please expect 3 to 4 weeks for completion of your order and delivery of your goods.
